New Concept
3D CAD Design – We can supply a number of services when it comes to design. If you have an idea, just in your mind or maybe some rough sketches, the we can get them into a virtual concept that we can continue to evolve until you have what you visualised. We can take this as far as you would like, from the initial 3D model to drawings through to prototyping and onto manufacture. This is what we do!
Brochure Images
We can create fully rendered 3D images of new and existing designs and concepts for your marketing requirements; this can sometimes alleviate the need for a client having to pay for expensive studio and photography time. Obviously, these images enable people to visualise the concept/product and help in the selling of an idea for many different reasons, investment being one.
Larger Scale Projects
We have been involved with several larger scale projects from industrial frameworks to factory layouts. These have involved site visits for requirement meetings and information and dimension gathering. We then produced all the required drawings/information.
Re-Designs
Many of our clients have a typical product which needs to be re-designed or re-engineered fora new environment, this could be a different aircraft/vehicle or just a limiting space envelope. We will re-design and produce manufacturing/assembly drawings ready for manufacture.
Legacy Work
Another major part of our business is Legacy Work, bringing old designs up to date or just re-draws and re-modelling onto the latest software from old software versions/systems and drawings. It’s often the case that we’ll introduce updates and improvements at the same time.
Drawings
May people still work from 2D drawings. We can produce manufacturing, assembly and general layout drawings for any requirement, from Aerospace component engineering drawings to general kitchen layouts, we have had requests and supplied them all!
Analysis
Most of our clients have Internal Stress and CFD Engineers who we work closely with. If you don’t have this capability then we can offer both Stress and CFD Analysis should you require it.
