Rapid Prototyping and 3D Printing
We have full 3D printing capability and can usually deliver a prototype part within 3 working days from receipt of a model (depending on size and complexity). Obviously, we can create the 3D model and can design from scratch if required. We can also modify existing models of larger components/structures to be printed in several separate parts, then assembled for a single finished part. We have created prototypes and mock-ups using a mixture of different mediums (wood, fibreglass and complex 3D printed parts) to create the most efficient and cost effective prototype.
Fabrication, Machining, Composite and Casting
We have tremendous experience with sheet metal, fabricated components and assemblies. We’ve worked with most mediums and disciplines and have built fantastic relationships with our suppliers. Because of this, we can generally meet some of the more aggressive timescales we’ve been tasked with. Obviously, this helps in our continued commitment to provide the first class service we strive to deliver; from one-offs and small batches, to full production runs.
